AIMD Dynamics and Distributed Resource Allocation: The first of these books is devoted to the AIMD algorithm. This algorithm, which was introduced by Chiu and Jain, underpins TCP and internet congestion control. The algorithm is now finding use in other areas. It documents work we carried out in the period 2011-2017 (more information).
